The main cabinet body is constructed of premium SECD electrolytic steel sheet with a thickness of 0.8mm. This material features non-conductive and fingerprint-resistant performance for long-term clean-looking appearance. The base trim adopts durable 304 stainless steel skirting board for excellent anti-corrosion and impact-resistant performance. The countertop is made of 40mm-thick composite acrylic engineered stone, a reliable medical-grade material	The steel-plate surface goes through electrostatic spray coating finished with antimicrobial powder. This advanced surface treatment provides strong antibacterial property, scratch resistance and outstanding corrosion-proof capacity, easy to wipe and sanitize with common hospital disinfectants.

Packing & Delivery

1. Receive Orders: Verify that the furniture models, specifications, and quantities match those on the production order.
2. Visual Inspection: Check for quality issues such as scratches, dents, and paint chips; return non-conforming items for repair.
3. Cleaning and Protection: Wipe the surface with a soft cloth to remove dust and dirt; wrap metal parts in rust-proof paper; apply protective film to areas prone to scratches
4. Inner Packaging: The product is placed in a PE bag with cushioning material filling the gaps on all sides (gaps ≤ 5 mm). Corner protectors and edge guards are added to the corners, and accessories (instruction manual, screw pack) are secured in small bags.
5. Outer Packaging: Packed in cardboard boxes or wooden crates (wooden crates are preferred for large furniture) > Sealed and reinforced with packing tape
6. Labeling: Label the packages with the model, specifications, quantity, weight, and instructions such as "Keep Dry," "Fragile," and "This Side Up"; ensure labels are clearly legible.
